Anso® Nylon

Anso® Nylon is the marketing, support and warranty service site for this leading carpet fiber brand, offering shoppers a unified purchase experience, from initial research through product support and warranty service.

Homes For America

The Homes for America site is a data management system designed to help this non-profit organization track the performance, financial data and risk assessment of the low-income and special-needs properties they develop.

Anso® Advantage

Anso® Advantage is a robust sales and marketing resource site for a Fortune 500 company, used internally as well as by clients, retail dealers, salespeople, the press, and others.

Barclay Properties

The Barclay Properties site is a document and data storage and reporting system for commercial property management, featuring electronic generation of leases, property performance reports, and a calendar of upcoming property events.

FiberBuys

FiberBuys is a complex industrial e-commerce system allowing for the industrial purchase of large quantities of textile material for use in the production of carpets and other products.

Anso® 4 Sales

Anso® 4 Sales is a complete training program for retail salespeople. The program is run through a web browser and stores all user and course data online while training content from CD-ROM is integrated into the course.

Anso® Online & Resource Lists

Anso® Online is an internal business information system with limited client access. Modules developed allow for technical product data storage, business intelligence, project management, document control and storage, private message boards, and more. Product database systems designed and created for internal management of consumer data, technical specifications, test measurements, and more.

RTKL

Clean, bold design introduces featured projects and leadership quotes for the many different markets, services and regions in which this global design firm operates.
Project portfolio module, developed in Adobe Flex, presents slideshow views of RTKL projects with multiple search and browse modes all in one rich application. Back-end relational database and web service tags each project across multiple categories and allows client to easily introduce new projects. The result of all this technology: an art gallery of brilliant architecture and design.
Custom Content Management System developed for up-to-date press and event information, allowing client to easily maintain news content within a carefully formatted, attractive layout.
Localization structure built into system currently displays overview text in multiple languages; structure was designed to allow other project and detail text to be localized easily once content is ready.

Homes For America

Designed and implemented custom, web-interfaced property performance database system, replacing desktop spreadsheets.
Detailed property performance reports with color graphs and tables give immediate feedback to property managers. Reports are highly customizable, allowing various date ranges, specific field choices and comparisons with prior year performance.
Risk assessment reports calculate the risk level of each property based on HFA's business rules and formulas; all of this data is neatly summarized into one table that compares risk level and summarizes the risk trigger factors. Drill-downs allow display in full detail of the calculations used to arrive at each risk assessment as well as administrative overrides.
User access control can be administered down to individual properties: a user can be given data entry rights to one single property, or multiple properties, or given global access to each section.

Anso® Advantage

System is tied in to third party marketing database; customer account data is displayed after being retrieved in XML format; synchronization module updates internal site data from third party data, correcting problems in source data automatically without overwriting changes customers make to their own information on the site.
Site sections, navigation, and content are all dynamic based on the type of user that logs in.
Web administrators can turn on and off seasonal sections of the site, control data imports and synchronizations, update section text where content changes often, and view reports linked to other web systems, all without needing to change site code.
Subsystem allows for administration of company brands, warranties and clients; this one system unified formerly dispersed web site databases, company databases, and desktop files into one company-wide data source. The system now feeds all web display of this data across multiple sites and ties into internal company information systems.
Back-end of dealer locator system created for separate consumer site; dealer locator data for that and other sites is stored and controlled in this system.

FiberBuys

Inventory data is synchronized daily from legacy database systems. Data synchronization is controlled by the web administrator, with detailed logs of each process. Inventory data can be customized once imported without losing manual overrides during subsequent data imports.
Shopping cart and complete order tracking system with scheme for flushing orders to legacy system.
Dynamic home page specific to each user, with status of pending orders, recent order history, shopping cart summary, access to purchase reports, saved product searches, etc.
Detailed customization of product inventory and display system possible by web administrator: categories of products, fields and data types, sorting and searching, lists of subcategories, inventory and shipping options can all be administered directly.
Full user account administration system to control all details of each type of account: business manager, order administrator, member and guest. Hidden discounting is available by member and product category.

Anso® 4 Sales

Complete training course using text, graphs, sound, video, quizzes and chapter exams as well as a course final exam. User's progress through course is tracked and stored; tests can be reviewed once completed; all scores are tracked. Upon completion, user receives certificate and can choose from various rewards.
All user progress and results, as well as the status of requests for program CDs and gifts, can be viewed online by web administrator.

Site has been taken offline due to sale of assets to new company. Demonstration site is currently under development.

Barclay Properties

Designed and implemented relational property management database system.
Online lease entry and display with multiple rent periods, renewal options and amendments, document attachments, imbedded notes, and more. Default text (which is web administered) is automatically entered on leases, but can be modified for each lease; term dates, percentage shares, costs, etc. are calculated and auto-filled where possible as other data is entered.
Lease calendar displays all upcoming lease events (rental term ending; notice for renewal due; rent increase; etc.) with color coding by event type and direct links to each corresponding lease.
Intelligent search engine finds linkages across multiple types of data: for example, a leasing agent or shopping center matched by keyword search will also return individual leases or other data connected to the original match, even if those secondary returns do not literally match the search term.

Anso® Online & Resource Lists

Technical product data customized to viewer's access level. Subset of product data used to dynamically create PDF file.
Project management system with scorecard grid, document control, project status reports, data filtering and export of data into Excel.
Shipping document system manages bills of lading and related shipping data and documentation.
Customer scorecard system for tracking performance data from manufacturing runs; this system allows clients and manufacturing plants to communicate together to insure product standards are met.
Financial reporting modules import data from SAP and summarize it in simple, concise and highly customizable reports.
Replaced desktop databases with company-wide SQL Server databases using Access/Visual Basic front-ends.
Business rules and automatic calculations enforced and triggered across systems as data is updated.
Users can customize aspects of Access data entry forms such as drop-down lists and field validation with no knowledge of Access/VB programming.
System created for tracking sales rebate values for each product based on multiple formulas; users can make changes to the formulas, view the resultant changes to the product data without affecting the live data, and either publish the changes or roll them back. Once published, rebate values are automatically updated in marketing web sites such as Anso Advantage.

Anso® Nylon / Zeftron® Nylon Resource Lists

Replaced desktop databases with company-wide SQL Server databases using Access/Visual Basic front-ends.
Business rules and automatic calculations enforced and triggered across systems as data is updated.
Users can customize aspects of Access data entry forms such as drop-down lists and field validation with no knowledge of Access/VB programming.
System created for tracking sales rebate values for each product based on multiple formulas; users can make changes to the formulas, view the resultant changes to the product data without affecting the live data, and either publish the changes or roll them back. Once published, rebate values are automatically updated in marketing web sites such as Anso Advantage.

Anso® Nylon

Anso® Nylon marketing and warranty information displayed is sourced from a corporate database server and administered through a private website and custom Content Management System. Changes published using this system immediately update content and navigation across multiple company websites.
Warranty registration module, developed in Adobe Flex, assists users in filing their dealer and carpet installation data within one rich application. Once registration is complete, applicable warranties and consumer information are combined into one permanent warranty package which can be reviewed at any time. This data is also referenced in the case of any warranty claims filed later.
Warranty claims module guides users through complex business logic, with user's path through claims tree determined by answers to questions, actions taken or advised, and existing warranty registration data. If user's path leads to filing of a warranty claim, the user can check the status of their claim online, communicate with a claims representative on a private message board, and review all claim data filed.
Dealer locator module allows rapid searches of Anso® Nylon carpet dealers within the U.S. and Canada. Source data is administered through Anso® Advantage; dealer locations are synchronized with third-party marketing database as well as administered by dealers themselves through their account profile features on Anso® Advantage.
